Eliminating communication barriers and broadcast lag for international agricultural conferences
Overview
Managing large continental conferences often involves complex audio routing and communication hurdles across diverse languages. We streamlined technical production to ensure instant language clarity, flawless room acoustics, and uninterrupted hybrid streaming, allowing participants to focus completely on driving sustainable development strategies.
When the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) convened international experts, policymakers, and agricultural stakeholders in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, for the Africa Conference on Sustainable Agriculture Mechanization, delivering a seamless audiovisual and hybrid infrastructure was essential. KAVS Group was tasked with engineering a fully integrated production ecosystem tailored to support approximately 150 participants both on-site and across global virtual networks.
Large-scale developmental conferences require absolute technical precision to facilitate high-level policy discussions, multi-region collaboration, and technical deliberations.

To meet these demands, KAVS Group deployed a comprehensive technical installation. We deployed high-fidelity Public Address (PA) systems engineered to eliminate acoustic reverberation across a large audience, paired with simultaneous interpretation units to ensure uninterrupted dialogue across multiple languages.
In parallel, our technical team deployed a broadcast-grade hybrid setup. This system streamed every session in real-time with crystal-clear audio and multi-angle video feeds, allowing international delegates who could not travel to participate actively in the proceedings without signal latency or packet loss.
Senior engineers operated from central control booths, continuously tuning frequencies, managing microphone feeds, and overseeing the live broadcast stream throughout the multiday conference.
To capture the visual legacy and strategic outcomes of this landmark continental event, our media production crew conducted discreet, high-definition photo and video coverage. The resulting content provided instant media assets for post-event reporting, press releases, and digital archiving. Through meticulous planning and technical execution, KAVS Group ensured that attendees and organizers experienced an environment completely free from technical friction.
