We streamlined the technical production to make multi-language deliberation effortless, allowing remote and in-person delegates to connect instantly without audio dropouts or language barriers.
When African football’s highest governing body convened in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, for theCAF Executive Committee Meeting, there was zero room for technical error.Commissioned byCornerstone Solutions, KAVS Group was entrusted to deliver an end-to-end audiovisual, live streaming, and interpretation ecosystem
High-level diplomatic and executive summits present a unique challenge: complex, multi-language dialogue requiring instant clarity, combined with strict confidentiality and global virtual visibility. To meet these demands, KAVS Group deployed a unified technical setup. We integrated our Public Address (PA) systems with high-definition simultaneous interpretation booths and delegate receivers, enabling fluid real-time communication across multiple languages.
Simultaneously, our hybrid event production and live-streaming infrastructure broadcasted the proceedings to remote stakeholders with ultra-low latency and zero transmission dropouts.Behind the scenes, our senior AV engineers continuously monitored signal paths, audio frequencies, and feed stability, ensuring that speakers and attendees remained entirely focused on their agenda rather than the technology.
To capture the legacy of this landmark gathering, our photo and video team conducted discreet, high-definition event coverage.The result was a successful production that protected the dignity of the event, reinforced Tanzania’s capability as a premier host for international summits, and satisfied every benchmark set by our partners at Cornerstone Solutions.
